Introducing “Rolling Mentoring”
The best mentor is someone close enough in age, who comes from a similar background, and who has recently navigated the path that now challenges someone younger. Soaring 20s participants will quickly realize the value of pairing with such a mentor – and in return – will commit to rolling the mentorships forward.
