Soaring 20s provides a combination of structured life skills mentoring – in an online learning format –  and individualized one-on-one peer mentoring geared toward setting goals, providing direction, focusing on priorities and motivating for success, addressing:

  • Workplace environment, expectations and compensation
  • Budgeting for personal and family expenses
  • Fostering personal relationships
  • Affordable housing and commuting
  • Social and professional networks

Introducing “Rolling Mentoring

The best mentor is someone close enough in age, who comes from a similar background, and who has recently navigated the path that now challenges someone younger. Soaring 20s participants will quickly realize the value of pairing with such a mentor – and in return – will commit to rolling the mentorships forward.
